Kinesiology, also referred to as exercise science or sport science, is the evidence-based study of human movement. Kinesiology comes into play any time you engage in physical activity—whether it is for work, play, or physical fitness.

Our kinesiology degree will provide you with a foundation in basic human anatomy, musculoskeletal anatomy, and principles of human nutrition, as well as the study of biochemical, neuroendocrine, and physiological changes in the body associated with performing physical work or exercise.
